Porterville Rescue Mission

We provide emergency food and shelter to our residents, We provide clothing to the needy, We offer spiritual direction and guidance, We assist our clients in obtaining all available state and local entitlements such as SSI, MediCal, Food Stamps, Social Security, Disability etc.. We encourage all residents to seek gainful employment, attend all court dates, doctor visits and to enroll in school. We except court referrals, Ex felons, DUI/ community service clients.We provide restoration and guidance to individuals so that they may become productive members of society. We offer structure for these men to learn, accountability, responsibility, direction, and counseling. Our staff help our residents live healthier lifestyles also setting them up with short and long term goals.
